We offer a callout service to attend to your system and diagnose the fault, discuss the options available for repair and order parts if necessary to getting it back up and running. Quotations for other options can be provided along with advise on what may be the most cost effective solution.
Fault Codes
Most air conditioning systems have the ability to produce a fault code relating to the problem, this is usually displayed visually via the remote control or a sequence of lights flashing on the indoor unit. These fault codes help the engineer to effectively diagnose the problem and get it rectified asap.
